1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 94ok platform ("94ok", "we", "us") and every individual who uses this website ("user", "you"). By accessing the 94ok website or application, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

94ok is an entertainment-based online casino and betting platform operating for players in Bangladesh. The platform operates with SSL encryption and ensures fair play. If you disagree with these Terms or cannot accept any provision, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open an account on the 94ok platform and use any betting or gaming service, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must open an account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of anyone else.

Attempting to open an account in the name of a minor, or placing bets on behalf of a minor, is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious violation.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 94ok, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with incorrect or false information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any balances held in them may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the 94ok support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

94ok reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or birth certificate) may be requested when deposits exceed a certain limit or when a withdrawal request is made. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the required documents are submitted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on 94ok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits below the specified amount will not be accepted.

Deposited funds must be sent only from your own payment method. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5–30 minutes after verification and processing. However, withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification is pending or in the case of suspicious transactions.

Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit — the same person's mobile banking or bank account. 94ok reserves the right to delay approval of any withdrawal request until verification is complete.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on 94ok will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

Before withdrawing, the wagering requirement for this bonus must be met: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — for specific bonuses, the list of eligible games will be communicated separately.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Misuse of bonus benefits (including bonus arbitrage) is prohibited and will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• 94ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

The outcome of all games on 94ok is determined by a neutral and verifiable random number generator (RNG). Each game has its own rules displayed within the game; these should be read before starting to play.

If the result of a game is uncertain due to a technical error or server disruption, 94ok reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet. No user claims will be accepted in such circumstances.

6.2 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Once a bet is placed, no changes or cancellations are possible, unless a game is cancelled for operational reasons.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bet will be voided and the stake returned. For partially completed matches, decisions will be made in accordance with the specific operational rules of each sport.

7. Safe & Responsible Gaming

94ok believes gaming should be an entertainment activity — not a source of financial stress or addiction. We encourage all users to understand their limits and play responsibly.

• You can request that deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits be set on your account.
• A self-exclusion facility is available if you need to suspend your account for a set period.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 94ok platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources onto the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by using multiple accounts.
• Collusion, match fixing, or any form of fraud against the platform.
• Attempting to damage the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyberattack.

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in 94ok immediately closing the account, forfeiting the balance, and taking legal action if necessary.

94ok is not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by technical errors, server disruptions, failure of third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances.

The risk of financial loss in gaming and betting always exists. 94ok does not guarantee that any bet or game will result in a win. Any financial loss resulting from a user's own decisions is entirely the user's responsibility.
